Shearling

Serving as a spiritual continuation of the now-defunct Sprain, Shearling exhibits the reunion of a now decade-old collaborative force between guitarists Alexander Kent and Sylvie Simmmons. A subsequent recruiting of percussionist Andrew Chanover, bassist Wesley Nelson, and Keyboardist Elizabeth Carver filled out their orchestrally-minded roster. The band was mostly quiet for its first year of existence, avoiding live performances to instead focus on their brazen debut ‘Motherfucker, I am Both: “Amen” and "Hallelujah"…’ The record retains Sprain’s characteristic commitment to intensity, further mutated through a newfound lens of collagist approach. Featuring only a single, hour-plus long song, Motherfucker is a demanding exhibition of uncompromising ethos. Shearling’s aggressive live performances and meticulous recordings demonstrate an ambition, audacity, and emotional vulnerability that few contemporary bands can parallel.

"Shearling present a work that could grow to be one of the great cult albums of alternative music." - Beats Per Minute

"Calling Motherfucker both a wildly bold and ambitious debut would still be an understatement" - New Noise Magazine

Pink Breath of Heaven

Pink Breath of Heaven is a reverie of shimmering guitars, haunting melodies, and introspective lyricism. The project of Liv Field and Rex John Shelverton, the two share a strong commitment to the feeling of a song, where it takes you, and the delicate art of using music and songwriting to create a living atmosphere.

Following the release of their first single, “Blue Is the Morning,” the band quickly began to draw wider attention, leading to their addition to Little Cloud Records ahead of their debut album.

Over the following year, Pink Breath of Heaven continued shaping a sound that is distinctly their own, immersive and transportive, pulling the listener into the moment and somewhere beyond it.

With performances alongside The Dandy Warhols, LSD and the Search for God, Alison’s Halo, Ty Segall, and The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Pink Breath of Heaven has become a compelling force within San Francisco’s underground.

In late 2025, shortly after the release of their debut album Colors Make a Sound, the band signed with Westward, an independent LA-based label with distribution through Warner ADA, establishing momentum for the next wave of releases.

THE DOOMSTOMPERS

“The Doomstompers are a Punk-Rocksteady band from Queens, New York. Born in 2025, the band threw themselves into the universe, and haven’t looked back. They are Influenced by 70’s Jamaican ska, reggae, and rocksteady and also legends like Bad Brains, The Beastie Boys, and MF Doom. This organ-forward five piece plans on releasing their much anticipated debut album in 2026 on Bad Time Records. The group aims to pay homage to New York City’s grit and culture while creating their own distinct brand of ska music.”

The Abruptors

The Abruptors - made up of Mike Geraci (lead vocals, guitar), Toni LaMantia (lead vocals, keys, saxophone), Alex Schultz (drums) and Christian Lee (bass) - are a ska band based out of Buffalo, NY that have a lot to say about emotion, fear, relationships, and life's other disasters.

Formed in 2015, the band's sound has evolved over the years, into a blend of ska, reggae, and rocksteady that they feel fits their dogged, upbeat vibe. Since The Abruptors signed with Asian Man Records that year, the band has cemented themselves in the ska scene and found their voices through the genre. The atmosphere of ska shows inspires them and the vast range of subject matter addressed through the genre has made them feel at home during years of chaos that shook up what they thought they knew about life.

Ben Basile

Ben Basile is a bassist, educator, and composer from New York’s Hudson Valley. Ben’s debut solo album Benergy was released May 2025 on an imprint of Wiretap Records called: Sleep Walk Sounds. Ben has performed, composed, recorded, and toured across six continents with a variety of groups. Most notably, he has been a member of Boston’s Big D and The Kids Table since 2013 and is a founding member of The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project. Ben brings an all-star band performing an exciting blend of ska, reggae, and jazz. www.benbasile.com

Girth Control

Girth Control poses the eternal question: what got you stoked in the first place? Inspired by the beauty of punk rock in all its permutations, the Albany NY trio specializes in ska/punk singalongs where the hooks keep coming, the jokes never quit, and the sincerity sneaks up on you. Formed in 2014 by members of upstate ska and punk favorites Public Access and The Slaughterhouse Chorus, Girth Control continues on a neverending mission to keep things catchy and honest while having as much fun as humanly possible. It’s the sound of three punk rock lifers fueled by the infectious joy of making dumb music with good friends, still stoked after all these years.

BROTALITY

BRUTAL RIFFS. BROTHERLY LOVE. These words are the beating heart of Brotality, a band dedicated to the art of metal and the community it inspires. Inspired by classic and modern metal alike, Brotality treads uncommon ground with every new release, all while bound in a proudly DIY ethos. Brotality has already made waves with their debut LP “Worldwide Desolation”, their sophomore “The Woods Will End You”, and their most recent EP, “It Feeds”, and these “expertly crafted” (For The Rock) releases have been lauded by critics and fans alike for their “unique and powerful vision” (Rock N Load). With unmatched passion at the forefront of their sound, the band cultivates a space of inclusivity and authenticity at the roots of all they do. Since their inception in 2016, the guys in Brotality – brothers Bryce Maopolski (guitar/vocals) and Reece Maopolski (bass/vocals) along with John Haring (drums) have released two EP's, multiple singles, and two full length albums. Their debut LP, “Worldwide Desolation”, has received countless rave reviews and landed on several "Best Albums of 2021" lists.

Their sophomore album, "The Woods Will End You" won Reader's Choice Album of the Year on Metal Epidemic, Top 7 Thrash Albums on Scream Blast Repeat and spots on many other Top Albums of 2022 lists along with Bryce being honored with a spot on their Best Guitarists of 2022 list. Brotality was also nominated for Artist Of The Year at the 2023 Steamtown Music Awards, Best Metal Band at the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Steamtown Music Awards, and Best Metal Band 2021 and 2022 for the Central PA Music Hall of Fame Awards. Their journey has given them opportunities to play well-known venues such as Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (where they preceded Deep Purple and Judas Priest), The Bitter End NYC, Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia, several multi-day festivals such as a co-headlining slot at Exodo Fest in Tlaxcala, Mexico (a festival that has previously seen headliners such as P.O.D., Norma Jean, and Haste The Day), Creation Fest, Uprise Fest, Lifest, and Stage West in Scranton, PA where they won the 570 Music Show's Best Metal Band award for 2019. Brotality has had several singles hit the Loud charts, with "Foxhole" making it to #2, "Salting The Wound" #5, and "Prisoners Of The Abyss" debuting in the top 25. Since 2021, Brotality has embarked on extensive, independently booked and managed headlining summer tours, destroying stages all over the eastern half of the United States. With every release, Brotality further refines their craft and continues to deliver what can only come from this passionate group. On the tails of their summer 2024 “It Feeds” tour, Brotality continued their musical assault through several tours between May and August 2025 while gearing up for several festival performances across the nation at Uprise Festival in September and the Furnace Fest pre-show in October.

This November they embark on their biggest tour yet, supporting Fear Factory and Darkest Hour across the western U.S., including back-to-back shows at the legendary Whisky-A-Go-Go in Los Angeles. Their new track, “Wormsign”, combines many elements of the trio’s signature sound that fans have grown to love with the releases of their latest singles. Combining tight, staccato grooves, larger-than-life choruses, and intrinsically groove-ridden riffs, “Wormsign” breathes a new, raw energy into a metal scene often forsaking energy with over-produced polish. Crawl into the earth and let the skull-crushing energy of “Wormsign” hit you in all the right places with this new track.

The Schizophonics

Amps screaming. No exit in sight.

The Schizophonics kick the door in and never let it close.

This San Diego–based three-piece delivers a live show that’s loud and dangerously fun—an all-gas, no-brakes blast of feedback and groove. It’s full-contact rock ’n’ roll: high voltage, high velocity, and sharpened to a blade.

The band features Pat Beers on vocals and guitar, Lety Beers on drums, and Sarah Linton on bass. Together they unleash a fuzz-soaked, funk-fueled attack built on pounding rhythm and feral energy. Every song hits like a charge. Every set feels like the floor might give out. Blink and you miss something. Stand still and you get run over.

Forged on the road and fueled by motion, The Schizophonics have torn through stages in fourteen countries, earning a reputation as a must-see live act that turns rooms upside down. Channeling the raw spirit of James Brown, Iggy Pop, Jimi Hendrix, Little Richard, and The Sonics, they strip rock back to its most dangerous elements—and set them loose. Behind the chaos is precision. Behind the noise are hooks that bite.

The Schizophonics are currently finishing their fourth full- length album, due Summer 2026.

V.V. Lightbody

Chicago based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist V.V. Lightbody returns with Period Piece, out on October 9th, 2026 with Egghunt Records. A sought-after collaborator in Chicago’s indie music scene for over a decade, Lightbody’s third LP is a marvelous showcase of her singular production and arrangement skills, ear-catching melodies, and signature frank lyricism. Period Piece presents a deeply relatable audit of Lightbody’s own anxieties, imperfections, and charming peculiarities as she falls in love, ages, dabbles in divination, and re-evaluates her place in the world. Here, we find Lightbody confronting her own defensiveness and dissatisfaction, while simultaneously attempting to loosen, notice beauty and pleasure, and relinquish herself from what she learns she cannot control. This is who I am. This is who I love. This is what is possible.

Notably, Period Piece also marks Lightbody’s debut as a lead producer on her own album – a dazzling and welcome emergence. With layers of perfectly tucked backing vocals, swirling guitars in harmony, chugging bass lines, and romantic, melodic flutes, Lightbody has crafted a playful and pristinely recorded collection of indie-folk songs, veering between 70s Brazilian samba and contemporary electro-pop. Think, Cate Le Bon strolling through an overgrown meadow. Dave Vettraino provided additional production and mixing support, and Lightbody called in a robust team of friends to contribute throughout, including Macie Stewart, Sam Cantor, Emma Hospelhorn, Jack Henry Lickerman, and Cassandra Jenkins.

Following the release of 2020’s critically acclaimed Make A Shrine Or Burn It (Acrophase Records), Lightbody spent much of the next 4 years touring and collaborating with friends such as Finom, producing records as “Album Doula”, and recording an LP with Valebol, her synth-pop duo started with Daniel Villarreal-Carrillo. It was also an important period for personal reflection, and thus Period Piece began to take shape.

Deante' Hitchcock

Sean Healy Presents: Deante’ Hitchcock at The Broadway

7:30PM - 21+

General Admission: ADV: $20 // DOS: $25

Meet & Greet: $75 ~ Includes a GA Ticket to the Show, Meet & Greet with Deante’ Hitchcock & Official Poster Signed by Deante’ Hitchcock.

On-sale: Thursday, September 10th at 10AM

Atlanta-bred lyricist Deante Hitchcock has built a career on a rare balance of technical precision and emotional honesty, positioning himself as one of the South’s most compelling storytellers. Raised in Riverdale, Georgia, Hitchcock grew up immersed in the evolving Atlanta sound—studying icons like OutKast and Young Thug while developing a voice that bridges introspection, humor, and vulnerability.

Born on March 10, 1993, a “Grady Baby” from Atlanta’s southside, Hitchcock began rapping at 12, sharpening his skills through freestyles and early mixtapes. While attending Georgia Southern University as a pre-med student, he launched his New Atlanta Tuesdays freestyle series, viral dorm-room videos that ultimately pushed him to leave school and pursue music full-time. That leap resulted in a steady run of independent projects, including 19 Summers (2012), Wishful Thinking (2015), Good (2016), and So Much for Good Luck (2017), each sharpening his reputation as a thoughtful and technically gifted MC.

Hitchcock’s profile expanded in 2019 through collaborations and key industry co-signs. His appearance on “PTSD” from Revenge of the Dreamers III—alongside Omen, Mereba, and St. Beauty—earned him a Grammy nomination and introduced him to a broader audience via Dreamville Records. Around the same time, support from figures like Charlamagne tha God, Wale, and Mark Pitts helped cement his rising status.

Before releasing a full-length album, Hitchcock had already toured with a wide range of artists including JID, Rapsody, 6LACK, Wale, and Jidenna—developing a reputation as a dynamic live performer well before his commercial breakthrough.

In 2020, Hitchcock released his major-label debut BETTER, a project that showcased his lyrical depth and emotional range amid the uncertainty of the pandemic. He followed with Live From Quarantine (2021) and Everyday the 14th (2022), maintaining momentum during a time when live performance was limited. His later project Once Upon A Time marked a defining evolution—leaning fully into themes of love, accountability, and growth, with standout collaborations featuring artists like Big K.R.I.T., Westside Boogie, and DRAM.

Beyond music, Hitchcock has expanded his impact through community-driven initiatives like The Mother God Project, which supports women entrepreneurs in Atlanta. Partnering with local organizations, the initiative has helped dozens of women launch businesses—reflecting the same themes of care, accountability, and empowerment that run through his music.

At his core, Deante Hitchcock represents a modern evolution of Southern hip-hop: grounded in lyricism, elevated by vulnerability, and driven by purpose. Whether through intimate storytelling or sharp technical delivery, he continues to carve out a lane that prioritizes honesty over hype—proving that emotional depth and lyrical excellence can coexist at the highest level.

Eevie Echoes

Sweaty, loud, and unapologetic, Eevie Echoes & The Locations have come a long way from their open mic origins cementing themselves as a bedrock queercore act of the Brooklyn punk scene. They specialize in seamlessly blending the personal and the political. As a mostly trans band, their music addresses the struggles of the LGBTQ+ community, and confronts naysayers who seek to erase queerness from existence while always bringing raw power, pure emotion, radical authenticity.

T0ska

T0SKA is the project of two-spirit artist Ian Starling. Transcending gender, genre, and discipline, T0SKA delivers catchy, challenging art pop with deft lyricism, lush soundscapes, and a blistering, distinctively trans baritone. Driven by an ethos of art as nexus for social change and spiritual growth, his powerful live performances have moved diverse audiences across the US.

Mo Yung

MO YUNG is a female-led indie/sludge punk based in Brooklyn, NY. Our tunes are high-energy, bi-polar, and chaotic - sometimes a raging pit, sometimes a euphoric doom séance, sometimes a sing-along dance party you didn't see coming

Plastic Baby Jesus

Plastic Baby Jesus is a grunge three-piece based in Brooklyn. They are known for creating an energetic live experience with lots of curly hairography, heavy riffs, and a tendency to flail around wildly with their instruments onstage.

Charlie Kaplan

Charlie Kaplan is a New York-based songwriter. He has released four albums and two EPs, most recently 2025’s double album A Hat Upon the Bed, which PopMatters hailed as a “masterpiece”.

He runs the independent label Glamour Gowns, and has played in the sophistipop band Office Culture since its inception.

Market

Across his tour de force fifth album as Market, "Cleanliness 2: Gorgeous Technologies", NYC singer-songwriter Nate Mendelsohn's autofictional lyrical approach becomes the jumpoff point for expansive avant-pop compositions, scored by ghostly electroacoustic orchestras, hallucinatory brass chorales, and degraded samples. A multi-instrumentalist, producer, and engineer who has collaborated with Yaeji, Frankie Cosmos, Phony Ppl, and Dougie Poole, Mendelsohn has used the Market moniker as a staging ground for increasingly personal sonic experimentation for over a decade.

Domestic Drafts

For all the existential questions he raises in his lyrics and the striking performances he leads from his virtuoso band, Andy Cush of Domestic Drafts writes music with a simple goal: “I want it to sound good in a bar.” And indeed, Only the Singer—the solo debut from the Brooklyn-based musician and Garcia Peoples bassist/vocalist—seems destined to soundtrack half-remembered evenings in cozy locales, blending with the smell of beer and cigarettes, wafting over crowds of friends and lovers and strangers, all brought together under the shared mission of following wherever the good times may roll. There’s a sense of evolution within each song, journeys that always arrive at unexpected destinations. In these warm, tragic-comic anthems, Domestic Drafts stand beside you at the jukebox, tired eyes hidden behind dark sunglasses, there to remind you the night’s only getting started—and the best song you’ve ever heard is the one that’s just about to come on.
