Not just for girls, not just for sluts, just a fun time with people who want to hype you up in between covering themselves with blood and glitter. We offer “After This…The After Party” a matinee performance at The Broadway in Brooklyn. Members of the Just The Best Party Coalition will perform a variation on the theme of “After This…The Abyss”, with a slightly abridged ensemble reinterpreting the previous night’s set.

Equal parts Defeated Sanity/Disgorge brutality, Gorguts-esque angular dissonance, 90s Suffocation, Death, Cynic technicality and NY attitude.

"Thætas brings a hybridized approach to extreme death metal. The band combines the brutal elements of bands like Defeated Sanity with the angular and technical aspects of Gorguts and Suffocation. On a track like "Dearth," that synthesis is quite apparent. Over three and a half minutes, Thætas paces between punishing rhythms and off-kilter blasts of bass lines and riffing. It's almost like lightning in a bottle. The quintet harnesses many of death metal's greats and their respective ideals and funnels it through their own depiction."

Chain Cult

Since 2017, the Athenian trio Chain Cult has been carving its own path in the international punk scene, shaping a unique style rooted in post-punk, anarcho-punk & deathrock influences, with insatiable passion, dedication to the DIY underground, and live energy that pushes the boundaries of the most hardcore sound. Having toured extensively across Europe and North America, they have been consistently releasing music through the British independent label La Vida Es Un Mus Discos, with five records to their name, including their latest second full-length album "Harm Reduction" in the fall of 2024. The sophomore album "Harm Reduction" brings the band back to the United States for a series of shows, along with their first ever visit in Mexico and Colombia.

Pyrex

Brooklyn’s Pyrex play raw, angular punk rooted in hardcore and post-punk. Known for high-energy live shows, the trio has built a following through relentless touring and a string of gritty releases. Fresh off their most recent European tour, they show no signs of slowing down.

Wes Parker

Wes Parker is a Richmond, Virginia-based musician and comedian known for blending vulnerability with sharp humor. A former member of Camp Howard, he gained national attention with his viral comedy persona Skunk before stepping into his solo music career. His debut EP Splinter showcases a mix of ‘90s rock, folk, and country influences, drawing comparisons to Radiohead, Rufus Wainwright, Jeff Buckley, and early Muse. Whether through music or comedy, he captivates audiences with raw honesty and a distinctive voice.

Marblemouth headline The Broadway with support from Silvio Vega and bugwing

Marblemouth

Marblemouth is a Brooklyn based emo band fronted and arranged by multi instrumentalist Eden Pacheco. Beginning as a solo project, Marblemouth has become a 5 piece band expanding upon the band’s initial recordings with their last release being 2021’s “Spit in the Garden”. Marb aims to be a continuously stellar live band and a forever shifting guitar project amongst like minded friends.

Silvio Vega

Silvio Vega is a Brooklyn based artist who has been living and playing music in NYC since 2012. After spending over a decade as a guitarist in various bands he decided to start focusing on his own solo music. His first release, ctrl+alt+del, debuted in May of 2025. His own brand of indie rock focuses on a LOUD and quiet dynamic with often introspective lyrics. He is currently joined by several close friends from the greater Brooklyn music scene to perform his music live.

bugwing

Bugwing is the project of Ethan Sass, an indie rock musician who has played in the brooklyn scene for quite some time. Currently bugwing has no recorded music but they are working on crafting a unique and fun live experience.

Desert Sharks

Brooklyn-based Desert Sharks are known for their heavy riffs, soaring vocals, and high-energy performances. Often compared to female-led heavy hitters such as Veruca Salt, L7, and Sleater-Kinney, Desert Sharks bring a unique sound with a doom-infused twist to the grunge-punk genre. Their powerful live shows are known to be energetic, urgent, and loud. In March 2024, Desert Sharks released their new split EP, DS + AVSE. In 2023 they put out their highly praised EP, The Tower. Both albums were released on Substitute Scene Records.

Warn The Duke

Warn The Duke is a dynamic force in the modern rock scene, weaving punk rock with 90s alternative and grunge influences. Known for their unique vocal harmonies, the band creates a sound that is both evocative and unexpected. Their journey reflects resilience, overcoming challenges like cancer, divorce, and lineup changes to release two powerful full-length albums 2015's Ghost Be Gone and 2023's All That's Solid, both released on LA punk Label Wiretap Records. With warm, gritty guitar tones and soaring harmonies, their music resonates with fans of punk and alternative past while drawing in a new generation eager for something fresh yet familiar.

EASHA

Cinematic and energetic— EASHA is an alt-pop artist who speaks of adventure, love, and the complicated emotions that ensue.

She grew up learning Indian Classical Music from her mom, but began writing original music on her bedroom floor after a life changing Norah Jones binge listen. She performed— pretending to be older than she was— as a 13 year old girl in Trenton bars and Philadelphia clubs, but it wasn’t until a trip to Nashville, that she caught the attention of Grammy winning Liz Rose (songwriter for Taylor Swift, Little Big Town etc.) who then became a collaborator.

Her ambition carries over into other spheres of her life, like graduating Class President of Stanford University and placing 11th in the world at the 2019 World Championships of Triathlon in Switzerland.

Wilks Group

Wilks Group is an entity oriented around songs written by Zack Wilks. It's currently a seven-piece band consisting of Erinn Buyhoff (saxophone), Ethan Cohn (bass), Alex Fels (drums and percussion), Tom McCaffrey (guitar), Divya Menzes (keys and vocals), Isaac Silber (drums and percussion), and Wilks (guitar and vocals).

Fraternal Twin

For the past several years, Tom Christie has been arranging an ever-twisting and shifting song of his own. Beginning in upstate New York where he grew up, Tom fleshed out the soft and intricate songs that became the first Fraternal Twin album Skin Gets Hot. The band's sophomore album Homeworlding is an impressively natural progression from their debut, quickly passing by in a way that demands repeat listens in order to fully comprehend the depth of the lyrics and songwriting.

Kath Bloom

Kath Bloom is some kind of legend. She comes from a special place where country, blues and folk are made beautifully translucent and emotive. Highly regarded but a bit of a mystery. The Connecticut based singer/songwriter has a special gift- her almost supernaturally beautiful, wavering soprano is one that has to be heard, she has a clear transparent moonlight tone combined with an earthly raw quality that can silence a room.

Kath made some very very limited edition albums in the 70’s and 80’s with the amazing (and equally dreamlike) guitarist Loren Mazzacane Connors, full of songs that float and melt into the ether. Impossibly beautiful. However, music was put on the back burner as life changed and she raised a family, trained ‘problem horses’ and taught special music programs to kids. Just as she was starting to write and release CDs again, Richard Linklater decided to use her song ‘Come Here’ in his 1995 film ‘Before Sunrise’. Life altered- not much- but the public consciousness was rightfully tweaked. Slowly her old recordings and new material have been seeping back into the world. This includes a special tribute album by artists such as Josephine Foster, Bill Callahan, Devendra Banhart, Meg Baird and Scout Nibblet. Since 2017 she has been recording and performing with New Haven, CT based guitarist David Shapiro.

Sofia Wolfson is a musician and writer from Los Angeles, now based in Brooklyn. Her latest record Imposing on a Hometown was released in 2024 and she has toured all around the US and UK with original music. Wolfson recently received her MFA in Creative Writing at the New School and her fiction has been published in Superstition Review, Open Ceilings, Westwind, Flash Fiction Magazine, Oyez Review, and more.
