Nightosphere formed in early 2022 and quickly got to work contributing to the lively Kansas City scene. The band released their full-length debut, Katabasis, in April 2023. The album was featured on Destroy//Exist’s 2023 Albums of the Year List and cited by Chat Pile as one of their 10 Favorite Albums of the year. Earlier this year, Nightosphere supported Chat Pile and Gouge Away on a major West Coast tour, playing to sold out crowds in Houston, Phoenix, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, and more. Nightosphere has also shared stages with the likes of Glixen, They are Gutting a Body of Water, Explosions in the Sky, Stuck, Knifeplay, and Horse Jumper of Love.
